During those twenty-two years, she was appointed as a Legal Assistant to Three-Star-LIEUTENANT GENERAL FRANCIS C NEWTON, who was also an ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE. Also, during that period, she worked under the Chief Administrative Law Judge and was assigned to four other Judges.
